Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at support@primenestgrp.store with a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately.

Shipping Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery takes 7-15 business days depending on location.

Non-returnable items: Sale items and digital products are final sale.
